Working With You

1. Initial Contact
When you get in touch with NextStep, you will be invited to book a consultation where we will assess your circumstances, review your options, and discuss the likelihood of success and associated costs. Consultations can take place by phone, or via video call.

2. Working with us
If you decide to instruct NextStep following the consultation you will receive a Client Care Letter outlining the scope of our services, the process, and the next steps. You will also be assigned a dedicated caseworker who will handle your application and serve as your main point of contact throughout the process. We operate on a fixed fee basis, so you will always know the costs of your case upfront. Our fees are designed to be fair and transparent.

4. Keeping you updated
We know how important it is to stay informed about your case. We will keep you updated on progress up to the submission of your application. While we cannot control the actions or timing of other parties, such as the Home Office, we promise to contact you promptly whenever there are news or updates to share.

3. Handling your case
We understand how stressful UK immigration procedures can be. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. NextStep will guide you through every stage, providing clear advice and support. You are welcome to contact us at any time. We aim to respond to all calls and emails within 24 hours.
